The open lawlesness of this administration can only be explained by two things:

Treatment that you need without extra pay. That includes dental and all drugs (additional self pay for some is 5€ or 10€ but capped over the year) you need.
But that does not mean you get the treatment you want. Especially dental can be quite expensive. The insurance won't pay for nice stuff. /2

Since I have a lot of free healthcare stories from US in Europe:

In Germany the premiums are wage dependent. Current max is 1138€ per month ($1330). If you are employed this is split between you and your employer.
If you are self employed you pay all of it.
With this payment you can get every /1
