Yeah, according to Nintendo, which is an attempt to throw the devs under the bus. I think they've both been out of order here, staying quiet about it until the very last minute in order to sell more.

A perfect example of how the forced censorship on this 18+ age rated game is completely removing the context here and therefore ruining the story and immersion.

couldn't care less about nudity, however forcing censorship on a game without telling the potential buyers beforehand is completely out of order imo. Not to mention having big black censor bars appear over characters and even middle fingers completely breaks the immersion.

I couldn't care less about a cartoon tit, as you put it, however forcing censorship on a game without telling the potential buyers beforehand is completely out of order imo. Not to mention having big black censor bars appear over characters and even middle fingers completely breaks the immersion.

I couldn't care less about the nudity, but forcing a censorship on an adult age rated game is just straight up ridiculous. Gonna get it on PS5 instead where I can at least choose.

Yeah, I fell for it and pre ordered it on Switch as they were offering a 10% discount so obviously people would buy it before even knowing it was censored which is really messed up. I've sent an email asking for a refund and haven't touched the game. Still waiting for a response.

Yeah that's exactly what happened to me. Once the nostalgia wore off after about 15 hours I stopped playing and actually went back to Skyrim for a bit. 😅
