Another interesting peice, San Mai 1084 High Carbon steel and wrought iron. The iron started its life as a rock crusher in Scotland circa 1780 before coming to Tasmania in 1840 and working in Waratah till the mines closure. It now has new life as a kitchen tool, let's see where the story goes!
