I don't think it's ever too late. I've heard of people in their 70s/80s/90s doing PhDs 🤔 I think for me, I just need to get over fear(s) and have a good mindset to pursue things

I've only recently come across 'landfill indie' as a label, but oh my gosh, it definitely describes some of my music tastes - a genre/label I love.

Just wish more local authorities of all types could have Mayoral Development Corporations to get stuff done (or some other suitably named Development Corporation for this without Mayors). Just feels there are too many hurdles around getting stuff done - red tape, NIMBYs. Would pay for themselves

Well said, couldn't agree more! We need to be building transport both in London and outside of London. And having better/faster links to London, something I think Crossrail does well with Reading (was pleasantly surprised to see the Crossrail Roundel at Reading!).
