The reason she was not identified at birth as having a DSD is probably due to less thorough and advanced OBGYN practices where she was born. In wealthier nations, doctors would flagged her case and subjected her to testing.

No, there have been a slew of reviews that came from multiple institutions around the world, all of which reached basically the same conclusion. No, they were not all tied to SEGM

Systematic reviews sit at the top of the evidence pyramid, hence they are gold standard.

I highly doubt this man read the article he is lambasting. Its central thesis, that the gaming of disability status to get a lot more time on exams is unique to elite universities, is actually in keeping with his experience at a public university.
