Incidentally, as Impossible beef is also the best meat replacement IMO this also means I have a lot of dishes I can vegetarianize so it’s win-win really.

Steaks are nice but a rare luxury for me. Roasts of all kinds; sandwich roast beef, pot roast, short ribs, etc. don’t do it for me. Actively don’t like most stews because of the beef stew meat and shredded crap beef in a cheesesteak is a part of a greater whole rather than the star itself.
