green tint works insanely well for a lonely night, grand theft auto 3 might be my favourite use of the green tint ever, the atmosphere in this game is absolutely incredible

BUT LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO COLOUR FILTERS IN GAMES!!! people complain about them but i genuinely think they add to the atmosphere of games so much, gta 4 does the piss filter so well and i think it really improves the experience. obviously some games do it awfully cough cough nfs undercover but still
colour filters in games are genuinely really good for atmosphere if used right. the piss filter shows that a place is rundown, gritty and filled with crime, whereas green filter conveys a feeling of being abandoned or desolate, good for post apocalyptic, i lowkey love green filter.
i am here to announce that i have changed my ways. i now appreciate the video game piss filter as an artistic choice.
