Went to a Vols game yesterday, super exciting. Before the game during the anthem there was a flyover by some fighter jets and the joy I felt seeing loud planes go fast is probably the closest I'll ever be to a Republican.

These are the only pictures I have of it, the second picture is from the gig it would eventually be stolen from. Valuable lesson learned but more than anything I would love to have that guitar back.

First show as a bass player in the books! Sometimes I get down on myself for not being as talented or well versed in theory as my contemporaries, but I started playing this thing on Tuesday and was able to get up to speed for this weekend. 2 set show tonight, real endurance test!

Turns out this didn't matter because they had plenty of posters and they were THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS 😱 I got this cool Oxford Pennant T shirt instead, cool to have a little bit of my old home and my new home on piece of merch

Billy Strings and Luke Black crushing it in Chattanooga tonight at a 2000 seat venue. I was able to secure tickets because Billy had a "locals only" pre-sale that gave people who lived in certain zip codes in the immediate Chatt area first shot at tickets. Such a cool experience.
