Fascinating talk from Taiwanese Representative Vincent Chin-Hsiang Yao at the 2024 Oxford Taiwan Conference in which values-based diplomacy was the phrase of the night.

On a course with a fair few realists, it was soothing to hear reaffirmed the importance of dialogue in regional diplomacy!
