I think the problem (at least as far as I've seen discussed) is that it pleases no side of the market; physical owners lose the benefit of saved storage and "true" ownership once eShop servers inevitably end support one day (at least I think) and digital owners don't want a case lying around

Can't help but worry other games studios will the see the success of something like this in Fortnite tho and just assume they can use AI voices as a replacement for real voice acting :/
