No doubt they are a decent and well established team but we looked so lacklustre today it was embarrassing. We need to perform at 100% to be in with any chance of matching these teams and out battle them but today’s tactics looked poor to me.

I totally agree that Farke is stubborn and that leads to inflexibility. We have looked so much competitive in most games this season but today we looked lost and poor in quality.

Broken record springs to mind, possession doesn’t win games goals do. We never looked particularly threatening, just backwards and sideways 🤬

Even from promising free kicks we play a short backwards pass, that’s ok when protecting a lead but it’s default for us.

It’s a great souvenir, I loved looking back on games I had forgotten about. There are some amazing photos, I even found myself in the crowd on one 🤣

The final whistle was a blessing, feared for a goal each and every time they attacked. We were a yard off the ball all afternoon.

While I agree on everything said I do think the 49rs have failed to give Farke the attacking options he asked for. Absolutely shocking today

He had a steady game but I don’t think anyone was stunned! He looks promising but still needs to prove he is an upgrade on Pascal in my opinion.

Thought he worked so hard again last night, their CB Kilman is a beast so it was always going to be a tough challenge. Really needs to be scoring a few though 🤞

I really could not say if he was an improvement on Struijk tonight, a run of games will hopefully give him the chance to cement his place.

He had a great second half but apart from the goal I thought he wasn’t very effective for the first half and was physically second best . Definitely an improvement in his performance though and hopefully he can carry that forward to prove me wrong that he deserves his starting place 👍

Really? Thought he was poor like Aaronson today. He played backwards nearly every time he was in possession I thought. Both full backs were more direct and threatening than our wingers today.

We hardly looked threatening despite those stats, really poor attacking with no flair at all. DCL, Harrison and Aaronson were really poor. It’s not looking promising is it
