After 8.5 months I took down Alta's desk to set up a paint station. We were planning doing more art before she died, so I cant think of a better use of the space, nor a better tribute to her. Both us, I found some art book of hers, so it will feel like she is teaching me to paint!

Decided to play with acrylics tonight. Not finished. But it's a good start. Feels good to be creative

Since Alta died in July 2024, I have tried to explore my creative side. Here is a sketch I did of my cat, Chandra. I used an app to create ta sketch version of the picture to go off of. I didn't do as bad as I thought i would. I have improved a bit since Dec when I did this one.
