oh thank god he's home again! the high on Saturday was 14 fucking degrees. dragging Grandpa out in his crocs and a bathrobe 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 while his grandchild watching

i bought 'Silver Skies' from Steve's Leaves. Love watching it stabilize, start to extend...?
Begonia 'Silver Skies' is a new rizomatous hybrid released by Steve's Leaves in May 2015. It is a cross of B. U489 and B. sizemoreae. The large leaves are silver with a large olive green pattern in the center of the leaf and an olive green margin around the leaf. This speciman is in a small pot on gravel in a saucers. Looking perky!

"scented" barely begins to describe this lil French carnation. CLOVE Cinnamon WhiteFlowerSweet. from seed, and they take a while! they go slow, so better start early. might overwinter in the right zone🤷🏼‍♀️, but i'm moving and giving the garden away. a Time of Dispersal!

AKA Calendula officinalis. In the US "marigold" often means Tagetes, with ruffled petals in a yellow-orange color range, and strong smelling leaves. Calendula is more refined...
