Algorithms are harder to restrict than physical goods, but governments have long tried to prevent their export.

“It's a machine-learning system..that's made up of rules that are constantly evolving,” said Prof. Emeritus Steve Weber to @marketplace.org.

Tomorrow, MICS student Marisa Hall will be presenting their research at the Stanford Trust and Safety Conference.
