These are great tips! I’ve always been nervous about hiking because I'm scared of getting hurt or lost but reading your blog made it feel like I can do it and not be afraid! 😌

In my free time I like to bake, but when I don't have that much free time I like to do my skin care routine and listen to music to calm my nerves!😇

Something that keeps me pushing would have to be knowing I was able to accomplish something even though it can be very relentless and tiring. It drives me to be better and improve on myself
