I get AI—its logic, promise, and risks. But what truly unsettles me is NS: natural stupidity. In America, the real threat is the erosion of critical thinking, historical awareness, and civic duty. That worries me far more than any algorithm.

I am not planning to visit the USA in the near future.
However if I was planning to visit, then I would cancel.
Canada would be my preferred destination if I was planning a trip to the USA.
But hay ho! it's Scotland 🏴 and then the far east for us.
