When you say "American-style," there are at least four distinct American styles of barbeque, and most of them are only really done well in their home region. Texas-style brisket is rarely worth eating much outside of Texas.

This is one of those English semantics things where there's a huge difference between "We just can't be the anti-Trump party" and "We can't just be the anti-Trump party." The first means not opposing Trump; the second means, we have to go beyond just opposing him and having a positive plan.

I very much appreciate the phrase. As others have noted, it incorporates into a feed, and I've fed that feed into my larger "Happy Feed" that shows a variety of stuff that makes me feel more happy and at peace. It's taking advantage of the great BlueSky tools for finding the content you want.

I've got them and you plus a lot more good suggestions I received now on my Happy Feed. It's got a nice variety of animals, garden flowers, and other random uplifting content. :-) I keep refining it to weed out anything dismal. It makes me happy when others follow it, too! bsky.app/profile/did:...
