It's so glaringly obvious that if trump wanted to end the war he could (sanctions tommahawks). The only reason he doesn't want to end it is because Putin has Kompromat on him (evidence that Russia interfered in 2016 election) and putin is promising him huge real estate deals to not help Ukraine.
