My worry is that we get in the manager rollercoaster - six months, they fail next in. And we end up like West Ham.
Also, a lot of those you've mentioned haven't proved themselves over a number of seasons.

In part I think it's bad luck. Woltemade would never have played as much and in that role if Wissa was fit. Ramsey hasn't had the minutes. Think Elanga for me is the only big disappointment

Agree. Think this summer really hammered home to fans, agents and players the lack of a project here.

Think with him and Burn on the left we'd have no speed at all. Probably the main reason. I'd prefer him sat further forward in the middle and get Woltemade to push further forward.

Ok, having read up it seems good script was darker. But, there's been nothing in his recent filmography to suggest he will create a worthy sequel

Columbus just doesn't have the dark vein of comedy for it. Thursday Murder Club was so bland it could have been ITV. He hasn't directed anything of worth since Mrs Doubtfire

Think he'll give us another season out of loyalty. We could have cut him loose after the ban but we didn't.

Hard to call Wissa a waste. Players get injured. For Elanga, you would hope someone of that value would adapt faster. The issue is he plays better on the counter attack but in those games we need a Murphy who gets back and defends as well
