Interesting! It is the basic sample blocks Donna Sullivan uses in "Summer & Winter" to show the various treadling variations. I'm using variation 3 in this first part and plan to try variation 7 in the second half. Now I'm curious about the provenance of the pattern. I'll see what I can find.

The 10/3 cotton is from the Elmore-Pisgah, Inc yarn company that I don't believe exists anymore. I got 10 cones in a lot of weaving materials I purchased recently. I believe it was originally purchased over 20 years ago. Here are the details: 10-3 ply, 100% cotton, 270 yds (2468 m) Color 1 White.

lol! The warp is 8/2 cotton. I was so concerned about typing the 10/3 cotton weight correctly I misrepresented the warp. 🤨
