Americans are way over caffeinated. An Irish neighbor got me started on tea two months ago, & I’ve done nothing but a black tea in the morning & a chai herbal tea in the afternoon since then, & I am way less anxious, the quality of my sleep is way better, & concentrated “deep focus” comes quicker.

I made the mistake today of going back to the git repo of an old code project I handed off years back to another team.
It felt a bit like restoring a classic car to cherry condition and then gifting it to a friend or relative, only to discover that they have made all kinds of stupid or ugly mods.
