every DVD ever released should have had, alongside language, subtitle and surround sound options, a toggle to make the movie Fullscreen, Widescreen or Anamorphic, without exceptions.

I should not have to worry about whether the DVD itself is widescreen or fullscreen.

people who release DVD's in the 2020's with a 2.39:1 aspect ratio so that it's letterboxed so badly, a third of the screen is just blackness, need to be shaken very, VERY hard to hopefully unstick whatever the fuck is wrong in their heads

I'm with Koodo and I upgraded from a J3 Prime to an S10 5G+ with no down payment, just like, $5 a month on my bill extra for a bit (it was pre-owned).

I don't think I'm upgrading for years ahead.

i love how everyone is absolutely losing it over the years' new iPhone every single year and I've regressed to 640x480, VHS, CRT TV's, analog landline phones, vinyl and shellac records, and A/V gear ranging in age from "old enough to collect retirement benefits" to "older than most of my followers"

the iPod Touch was basically just an iPhone without the phone part, and it largely got rid of every high-end MP3 player having mostly real physical controls and I hate it, because if I wanted that experience, I'd just use my Galaxy S10 5G.

hot take: i do NOT like touchscreens on devices whose entire purpose is just to play music. If I wanted that experience, I'd just use my phone, and the iPod Touch was a mistake.

So regardless of the SCOTUS case on conversion therapy, the major psychological, psychiatric, and counseling orgs can in fact kick any practitioner out who engaged in unethical practices or abuse. Insurance companies could refuse to cover or reimburse for it
