I grew up watching the series and it really impacted me. I mean, I often tend to look back on it for how it mixed fantasy with reality. The various anthro characters.. and how I often tend to feel like I'm all fired up and powerful, but I'm also just hot headed. I can imagine myself in the setting.

Whatever. I like impossible creatures. It feels like if you can accept that, then you probably can also accept me liking various genres of music. I'd rather show my ass than show some curated part of me that isn't actually me.

What scares me is someone getting to know me based on one thing. Say for instance, music. We have good times talking all about music. Then you find out I'm a furry. I like big fat creatures. You feel horrified and then break contact with me. All because I couldn't just lay it all out to begin with.

Just sucks to feel like the only way to exist is to compartmentalize yourself into neat packages that you split between various parts of the web. I feel like no one knows me when I do that. You see one aspect of me and then I become relatable based on one aspect, instead of the full picture.

I wanted to talk normally about all of my interests. I wanted people to feel like there is someone real that types this stuff. I wanted to normalize feeling comfortable expressing yourself, even if it might seem scary.
