Canadian, celiac, outgoing intravert, mostly harmless.
Hang on, retirement will come, and then you can choose when you go outside (well, except when you have a doctor's appt, and they do kinda go up).

In previous winters I went for a walk outdoors everyday. To scared of breaking bones to do it this winter, sigh. Mall walking is expensive.

My sister in Vancouver has a tree with three kinds of apples grafted in it. Very cool.

Went to EPL Libby to borrow and was a 15 week wait, but went back 5 minutes later to look up something else and was offered a "skip the line" copy right now, is a reduced loan of 7 days, but I am a fast reader so I quickly accepted. Now for some immersion reading...

Both my deceased stepmother and I are celiac. Not as bad as your situation, true, but we have been getting Lignan takeout for years, because they will happily prepare gluten free dishes. Tried to find another place recently as they are closed on Tuesdays, and no one could accommodate. Love them.

Classic case of they won't know what they have until it's gone. But with any luck it would be those individuals decaying to the mess to the south, and not taking us with them.

Me too.

Oy hope it was on the way home so you could get nice and dry.

Ham, pineapple and jalapeno is my favourite. Sweet, spicy and savory. Who can ask for more (besides being completely gluten free of course).

Well, trying to find a bright side, maybe all that talent will now blossom in Canada instead of going south. We just have to support home grown talent instead of thinking you haven't made it of you stay here. And with what lots of folk think of our southern neighbors now it could happen.

While we're at if could we fever a gluten-free gravy option for us Celiacs?

Banned on YouTube? Fools, even their own policy says exceptions include political comments. Anyone know how an ordinary Jane can lodge a complaint against a YouTube ban?

Back in the day I read every novel and bit of fiction he ever wrote. But somehow I missed that he wrote plays. Humm.

I may have somewhat eclectic taste, and between concerts, Alberta folk festivals and volunteering for CKUA have in the past been there for a lot of good music: Chick Corea, Jane Siberry, Lyle Lovett, Fred Eaglesmith,Van Morrison, Long John Baldry, to name a few notable folk.
