Is the idea of an MLAT inherently designed to enable consequence free subversion of basic human rights?

Is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich improved or worsened by the addition of chocolate chips and marshmallows?

I've decided to stop being a perpetual beginner at everything I do. I've been studying programming, math, art, and history for an hour each, each day. So far I am to be improving in everything. I look forward to actually having some skills.
