I had a bat in my house in Vt once. I was very pregnant, couldn't sleep and came downstairs to sit at the kitchen table for no good reason. There was a bat in the room! OMG. click click. not fun.

Blink is so scary, I can't re-watch it. I love the Van Gogh episode and the Eleventh Doctor. Also, the Christmas special with the Titanic. And, the Christmas special with the ghosts of Christmas past. And...okay, I'll stop here.

This happened to me with a generic statin, similar cost differential. It's astonishing to me the amount of profit for the Part D vendors and the PBMs and who knows who else. If Marc Cuban can make a profit sending me a 90 day supply for less than $20, how and why is the Part D price almost $300?

Medical practices can't bill Part D. You have to go to a pharmacy for Part D benefits. Practices bill Part B, or if provider based, Part A and B.

Helpful article. But payments for surgeries were not cut by 2.5%. The wRVU was cut by 2.5%. I looked at 5 random codes, including ortho. Payment decreased from $.67 to $14.44. Per procedure, of course. Over the course of a year, it will add up.

Wow, that's bad. But I'll never need a house with a "great room" and a "family room." Although I think my living room is pretty great for a family gathering.
