I love the fact that Cameron hails from Kapuskasing, Ontario, Canada; started his directing career with money invested by a bunch of dentists; and learned as he went along, instead of coming from a BFD place like UCLA TFT or USC SCA. Plus he he is a National Geographic explorer-in-residence.

I was in Prague last week with my wife, our 1st visit and we made good on a 34 year vow to kiss on the Charles Bridge in the rain or snow. Wonderful city, we got there via České dráhy. I love riding rails in Europe.

I never cared about Whitmire either way when he was in the Texas legislature (he never represented me) but he's been dead to me since he took over as Mayor.

Nearly every scene in Kids was like watching a train wreck emotionally. From start to finish it kicked my ass.

My wife and I just got back yesterday from Europe to visit several Christmas Markets, and the only thing we brought back was a box of 12 macaroons because we don't want to mess with tariffs at all. It's a shame because there were plenty of handcrafted things worth buying.

A local TV station says only local and state police were involved, which would make the case non-Federal. Also ICE says he's on admin leave, plus they mentioned he was a Biden hire, so it doesn't sound like they're going to help him out.

Unless the Feds busted him he'll be out of reach for pardoning. That would be up to MN Governor Tim Walz instead.
