As a stickler for rules, I decided to restart and today made it to 24. Having looked at literally thousands of number plates recently I’m confident I’ll get to 100 spotting just the old style ones (in format: A123 BCD). I’m not confident I’ll get to 999 though as there are hardly any with 3 digits.

Thanks, I had a good run this morning and made it to 24, but the vast majority were the new style. I don’t think I have enough years left to not include personalised or new style plates!
