As I need it to work on both Nix and non-Nix systems, I create a symlink to a standard Lazy.nvim-based configuration; basically replicating the functionality of GNU Stow but in Nix.
It requires a few changes to the config, like disabling Mason if on a Nix-based OS, but other than that it works great
