I've been going through a health crisis this year. The best thing I've done is have a daughter accompany me (usually virtually) to every visit, every doctor. They take notes, ask intelligent questions, let me be present. We have a group chat where the details are shared so the next one can pick up

I'm still watching and I also miss Liz and Trina. Nina still makes me laugh (I love her) and Dante pisses me off, but at least they're on and actually involved in a storyline.

And I made them listen to my mix tapes on car trips. This year, I converted the tapes to mp3 files and will be giving them as Christmas presents.

My kids grew up in the 90s (yes, I'm old). There were a million cover songs that cropped up. They loved "Lean On Me" (not the Bill Withers version), so I retaliated by making mix tapes (it was the 90s!) of original versions. Still can't stand the cover of the excellent "Life Is A Highway".
