Dude, you have no idea how bad playstation magazine gets the further it goes XD If I recall correctly, at a point, they literally started soliciting pictures of readers partners (only girls, obvs) and the "hottest ones" would get posted in exchange for a free game XD

Meh, I thought it was fine. I will give it one thing, though. Watching a whole bunch of kids chase down that lady for waaaay too long was funny shit XD It just kept going! And then they just fucking eviscerated her. Hilarious.

The defense does, in fact, not have to offer any evidence. That is something they are allowed to do if they see fit. This is only something required if that evidence is refutative as failure to do so would violate their right to due process and the defenses job is protecting their rights.

The defense cannot somehow invoke a lesser charge without the prosecution choosing to offer a lesser charge and the defendant choosing to accept that offer. The defenses job is protecting their rights, assuring a fair trial and (if requested) offering legal advice. 2/2

This person clearly doesn't know what they're talking about. Defense lawyers do not "get you a lighter sentence." The defense may certainly choose to suggest the defendant agree to a prosecutions offer of a lighter sentence, but that is the prosecutions and defendants choice. 1/2
