January 1, 2025 was when proper animation work began on "Dusk", the pilot of Lexie the Superfox.
Animation went by fairly breezy, it was animated in 11 months by 8 incredible animators and show creator Matthew J.S.
And that's how Lexie came from doodle to cartoon!

Pre-production took up the majority of 2024. This meant model sheets, setting tests, backgrounds, and voice work.
Things took so long because we were all doing this for the first time.
As you can tell though, we pulled through. Because 2025 was the BIG year.

Storyboarding the first-ever Lexie cartoon was no easy task.
Having to introduce everything while also having it flow well as a story was extremely challenging; some scenes were altered or altogether dropped.
But while boards took a bit, everyone involved loved it!
