And as a side note, the actor on the other side knows that the writing for his character is lacking. He's asking the same questions we are.

That doesn’t change the fact that they took less time for Trina to kiss Kai than any of her her pairings.
There was no follow up from their kiss yesterday and they keep skipping beats. Which makes me question why they aren’t taking care to flesh out the normal plot points for a new pairing.

We’ve seen this story many times before on soaps. Joss in this new regime is being favor over Trina. It’s just offensive when we know Taby has been asking for this exact story that is now being played out by the blonde.

They’re transitioning her out of the ya set and into more mature stories. I think they recast Emma to fill in that blonde slot in the ya scene for that reason

You’re not the only one. I’ve officially given up this show after this season. When 9/10 cases are white victims stories that’s where you lose me.

It’s very clear what they have to do (get rid of half the cast and their shit writers/producers) but they will never do it so what’s the point.

They spent all that time and effort on the paternity storyline and erasing Taggert as her father just for them to barely have Trina interact with Curtis (not that I care for their scenes together) but it’s the principle. They are separating Trina form her family on purpose.
