I have my little Cornish Game Hen cut in half and marinating in Italian dressing. I don't really celebrate Thanksgiving anymore but this year I did decided to fire up my RV oven and to treat myself to a game hen.

After cooking these ribs into steamy tenderness in the Instant Pot I finished them out on the grill with some Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce.

After managing to get away with enjoying a delicious Chile relleno dinner at Christopher's post graduation dinner with no ill effects I am back on the healthy food wagon and enjoyed this grill mix of summer squash, zucchini, and rainbow baby potatoes tonight.

Chris and Milo, the cat he recently adopted and who is going to college with him. He made sure he could have a cat where he will be living before adopting Milo. I am so freaking proud of the incredible young man who has become an awesome Cat Daddy.

I bought an automatic feeder for Zoey and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up for a 4 meal plan. It will do up to 6 but she is already accustomed to getting 4 small serving a day.
