Absolutely (I loved them so much that we literally use parts of Annihilation in our lyrics for the first album).
They are, however, MUCH stranger and more abstract than the movie (which, while I DO like it, is only a LOOSE adaptation), so you have to be willing to meet them on THEIR wavelength.
