When you're young and you over-exert yourself playing basketball or something, you take a rest day and you feel better. But, when you're old and you over-exert yourself trying to bring the groceries in from the car in a single trip, you get no rest days and you just hurt now. Adulthood is overrated.

I normally don't get the jitters from drinking coffee, but I do when drinking Vietnamese iced coffee (cà phê sữa đá). Is it the sugar in the condensed milk, maybe? I don't think the coffee itself is any stronger than conventional espresso.

Had to deal with a recall (under warranty) for the car, which gobbled up my morning, but hey, I got a free car wash out of it (but now it's raining).
