Frequently. Especially because "what if i sound too casual/friendly/some other incorrect tone" or "what if im annoying them" or "cant tell if thing is retorhical or not.". Like language is hard enough in person but intext tone+intent can be even more challenging due to lack of familiarity w/ op. :x

Adhd can be hard to deal w/ on your own especially when systems to get help for it are so commically set up to be non adhd friendly from the get go. (Ive totally been there.) Very wise thought, but also I have just started building and painting minis again after not doing it for the better part of a decade and just aaa. A bit of time to play really is good for the soul ♡.
