Theres a tiny opening in the door compartment, where one can install a kind of hook, so this can be used then in an emergency. I did this in my car because I don't want anyone in this car to be burnt alive. It's ridiculous that this was allowed to be sold in that state.

For the front doors there are manual and electric door locks on the 3 and Y. No idea about the others. Why do I know that? I own both. People unfamiliar are actually more likely to pull the manual door opener.

I personally think it's nonsense but many buyers are asking for >600km real range so they can go as far as their stupid diesel car. Tesla hasn't figured it out yet where to put the bigger battery, they are waiting for denser batteries apparently.
