Because half of those things can be done by you. A congressman isn’t needed. The 2 things that are semi-applicable are already being done, whether you believe it or not. Again, you’re not understanding how our government functions.

You don’t think they’re doing that? Have you watched any of the confirmation hearings? You’re just showing that you have no idea how our government functions. They can yell all they want, but they don’t have the votes. They barely have the votes to put small roadblocks in place.

Understanding how the government functions and explaining that to literally everyone you can is the best move people can make right now. So many voters just don’t understand and that’s exactly how we landed here.

Again, I get what you’re saying and I agree with a good portion of it, but at the end of the day there’s only so many things that can be done at this point. Unfortunately, the things that can be done are going to leave a lot to be desired.

I don’t have a role. I’m just trying to point out that logically nothing you’re saying is a viable solution that can be executed to help the situation.
February 1, 2025 at 3:36 AM
I’m not criticizing anything. I’m simply asking for what steps you want to see happen. Screaming blindly doesn’t benefit anyone. Articulating solutions you’d like to see implemented is much more valuable.

No one is voting yes on anything he’s proposing. With these nominees they have to pick their battles. Their hands are tied on EO’s until the SC weighs in. American voters are the ones who failed here.

I do, but I’m also realistic and don’t let my emotions overrule my logic. I don’t disagree with anything you’re saying, but logically none of it will help. There’s only so many levers available to pull thanks to the past 8 years.

Thanks. Wasn’t very good, tbh. Not a huge fan of Saltgrass, but it was our only option.
February 1, 2025 at 3:00 AM
Just tells me you have zero understanding how our government works. Nothing to be ashamed of, not enough people really have a functioning understanding of how things work.
February 1, 2025 at 2:58 AM
My sincere apologies for eating dinner, weirdo.

He can’t unilaterally block a nomination. That’s not how it works.
February 1, 2025 at 2:55 AM
Literally none of those things are the function of a sitting representative. Those things are all happening.
February 1, 2025 at 2:54 AM
I’m not defending anyone. I’m asking for a detailed explanation of what you’d like to see happen. If you can’t articulate that in a meaningful way then that’s on you.
February 1, 2025 at 2:53 AM
I think you’re being a little dramatic, but, unfortunately, you’re not wrong about the current state of things. The system isn’t set up to benefit your average American and we let it happen.
February 1, 2025 at 2:41 AM
No, you’ve detailed absolutely nothing that hasn’t already been done. You’ve provided nothing of value.
February 1, 2025 at 2:39 AM
No. Please provide a detailed explanation of the steps you’d like taken to avoid the current situation.
February 1, 2025 at 2:37 AM
You’re not wrong. It’s a broken system and is being exploited. Americans failed. Full stop.
February 1, 2025 at 2:36 AM
Please provide a detailed explanation of the steps you’d like to see them take instead.
