Lawyer says footage from Border Patrol agent's bodycam shows their vehicle struck woman's car.
DHS said agents fired defensive shots and woman was armed
Woman never touched her gun.

I fear we've lost our checks and balances. And where the f* is Congress in all of this? I mean, you'd think there would be SOME peeps here and there, but the most we get is MTG chiming in at times. I'm not seeing it either. But fingers crossed. We've got a lot to lose.

Agree. But he's NOT losing his base over this. I've asked a few of my trumper "friends," & they have completely gone cult in their new opinion that it's all a hoax and trump has been 100% transparent. Can't convince them otherwise now. It's freakish how they adapt to his lies and lie to themselves.

The Senate didn't confirm him. He's just a guy.

At some point, the states MUST use their authority to prosecute, because the federal government certainly will not.
