Almost half of the seats up in 2026 are held by men in blue states who will be in their 70s or 80s during the next term. Will any of them will actually retire? Or face a competitive primary if they don’t? The dem establishment needs to change and invest in future leaders.

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.
