As a Notre Dame fan, I do think NBCs sound mixing is not great. I also know that Notre Dame stadium leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to crowd noise and general atmosphere as compared to an SEC or good NFL stadium.

That was low key one of the worst end of half clock managements I've seen. The broadcast made no mention of how dumb that was.

So I always thought the real world musical equivalent of Jackson Maine would be Gary Clark Jr. and I do not think we live in a world where he sells out Lincoln Financial field in a matter of hours. Wallen to me is just a slightly more authentic amalgam of your standard pop country star.
