BHSL feels so fortunate to work with people with Down syndrome in our lab. This research hopes to discover more about how hearing abilities impact people with Down syndrome. Check out some of this research from Anshu et al. (2024)!👂

Postdoc researcher, Aditi Gargeshwari, participated in the campus-wide Blitz Talk Competition at the UW-Madison Postdoctoral Research Symposium and won the People's Choice Award and cash prize for her Blitz Talk on the neural processes for binaural cues!

BHSL has had a busy summer, but we're ready to get back into the swing of the semester! DS/ASD project members spent time with our EEG team to learn more about EEG capping and practicing how to make participants as comfortable as possible with this process🧠😊
