Sarah said it was somewhat Steve's idea back in an interview with last year I think? And the house is meant to be a part of the greater lore for Wanda's stories, but it's been years and we still haven't seen it in her main solo-series, hopefully we get it in Sorcerer Supreme series.

Nope, according to the Kaballah chart Ewing used in Defenders: Beyond and more, LoCBSB is Da'at, which is the higher reflection of Kether (House of Ideas), WHR is Tiphareth which is the lower reflection of Kether. All three of these realms make up the Comic Books we read. Eternity is that book.

Their physical forms were already destroyed, Wanda remade them by sacrificing the Last Door. So I'm assuming that when Doom gave away everything with his Sorcerer Supreme powers, he also gave the Eye of Agamotto and the Cloak away who's physical forms were destroyed by the Tribunal

Last two of the night -- it can be imagined, of course! But there's not the causation here that's implied. It's highly unlikely The One Above All will appear in the book -- appearance are historically very rare, and story justifications even more so.
I'm going to try two more questions, Steve.
1. Primordial Chaos, Possibility, Ultimate Nexus, etc. – all these concepts led me to imagine a scene where Wanda interacts with the One Above All. Is this something that can happen in the future?

I think what he means to say is that TOAA’s infinite ideas from HoI are sent into LoCBSB where He makes one of those ideas into actual possibilities and then the others are discarded into the Abyss. The idea that has become the actual possibility are then sent into WHR which makes the idea reality.
