Beginner? Ouch
An excellent idea. I just sold all my US index funds and moved to foreign index funds. I already have some great foreign funds with Vanguard and Fidelity. Both have outperformed the rest of my portfolio this year. It’s a little thing, maybe, but it’s a message if only to myself
