I think you can disable sleep tracking on Garmins (lindseyshoots.com/2024/09/07/h...). I have an Apple Watch and never found it helpful to have someone tell me that I had a bad night’s sleep. Kinda just makes they day a little more worse

This stat seems weird. I’ve had food poisoning once, 40 years ago. And I don’t recall anyone in my family ever having it. Don’t know about friends, but they’ve never mentioned it. This stat makes it sound like it happens all the time, yet it’s been exceedingly rare in my experience
