Am mostly okay, it is just a truly amazing level of WTF at the place, and has major culture and tech changes needed to be at the level of “sorta up to standards from 10 years ago”.
I’m feeling like I might not want to stick with it for the year or more it will take to get there.

Adderall and a VERY low friction todo app. I use Todoist.
It has to become second nature to just pull up the app and type a thing in along with priority. Then just churn down the list.
My biggest issue is forgetting things as new things come in though, so your mileage may vary!

I am setting boundaries at 50 hours per week this time. If it can’t be solved with that, they can scrape up someone more desperate than me.
I am also a “pack mother” type manager, which can be VERY draining if the environment is full of bullshit that I need to protect my pack from all the time.
