It just kinda sucked seeing Sakurai pour his heart and soul into that Terry presentation just for Smash players to act like he didn’t know what he was doing

If we ever get another Smash game I almost hope it doesn’t get DLC cos idk if I can bear another round of “where’s my scrimblo” discourse

I get ppl having nostalgia for Banjo but when you stack it up to KI, GoldenEye, Perfect Dark, Conker, hell even DK64 it’s just the least interesting Rare IP by a long shot

This drove me insane during Ultimate’s DLC run. Pure disdain when Terry and DQ heroes were revealed and nothing but glazing for Banjo. That and the constant cries for a side character from a SNES RPG most of them had never even played
