He's forgetting that the American states were originally a colony of Britain, and now treat all other countries as if they should be subservient to them, unfortunately they saw the American dream as being wealthy which means if you are top of the pile you fight to keep all others down.

I have never been fond of the USA, my dad warned me of them in the late 50s he said they were buttering us up and waiting to strike, they held back help in both world wars till they knew the probable winners and didn't give us aid but sold it, it took us over 60 years to repay.
