Everybody everywhere ever always seems to have the same reaction in this situation: "People told me he was smart and I didn't know what he was talking about so whatever, but just now I heard him talking about what I know about and... he's not."

Especially now as the whole world seems to be in some state of monstrousness, or teetering at the edge of a horrible darkness. I wonder about things. I wonder about my well-being, and the well-being of people who I love, or that I tried to love. I would like to do and to have done so much better.
